Photosynthesis! Slime! Flinking! Oobleck! and Lentils!? We have five days, packed full of five different hands-on experiments. Students will have a science interactive journal to keep track of all of their observations and results. Together, we will see how photosynthesis works; make slime; test objects in water that float or sink or do neither (aka flinking!); experience a non-Newtonian fluid (Oobleck); and record observations of lentils as they germinate. Don't worry, there's more fun to come - we will also finish each day with a LEGO activity!
Recommended for 3rd grade & up!
Notes: Camps are Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm. Each camp is $300 and any student who signs up for one or more camp will be offered a free diagnostic assessment! Call us at 503-249-2855 or visit us at 4300 NE Fremont Street to sign up!
